Open Access?
Yes! We accept patients with ANY vision insurance and will bill your vision insurance on your behalf for out of network coverage. Instead of paying an in-network copay, we ask that you pay for services in full on the day of your exam and your insurance company will send you a reimbursement for your out of network benefits after your exam!
Open Access Vision Plans
Medical Vision Care Provider
We are still Open Access for other Medical Insurance plans. We ask that you pay for your medical exam services in full on the day of your exam. We will try our best to provide a Superbill after your exam for you to submit to your medical insurance. Feel free to read our No Surprises Act information.
FAQs
-
For in-network services, you should expect to pay copays and any non-covered service charges. For Open Access plans, we ask that you pay for services in full on the day of your exam. We will do our best to give you an estimate of your reimbursement from your insurance company - which you can expect to receive a few weeks after your appointment.
-
Vision insurance is not the same as medical insurance. It is often an add-on service like dental. You can check your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) to see if vision is a part of your plan. It will be important to know this before scheduling your appointment.
-
We do our best to check in-network eligibility and/or provide an estimate of benefits as an Open Access provider to know what to expect coming in the mail as a reimbursement after your exam.
-
Of course! Everyone is welcome to schedule an appointment. Our prices are affordable and we can help bill an out of network claim with your insurance.

Vision insurance covers routine exams and new glasses or contacts prescriptions. For medical eye issues that are outside of routine care, medical insurance will be the only insurance to provide coverage.
